The game is fabulous and I very much enjoy playing it but its not fun if I have to buy everything again and play it all again. My data was saved in tell this new update erased my purchases and progress. Its All Gone. T_T

Fantastic graphics and interactive story style game. Love the mechanics and the voice acting. Its expensive, but worth the price. Be warned, you have to pay for additional chapters even after buying the game though.

1990s gameplay without the nostalgia! After being late on Chapter 4 by one year, developer lets you thrill at wandering a maze, flipping switches and evading a bad guy. Painful. Cannot visit previous chapters without restarting. HAHAHAHAHAHHA.

As a story and gameplay its fantastic, which is what makes the time between episodes and constant bugs in downloading episodes so frustrating. It makes me want to give up on the game all together.

are you serious?? You guys took a year to make a Ep 4 and its still glitchy... Dont buy season pass yet till Ep 5 is out.. very disappointed

Cant say much at this time about chapter 4 other than it keeps crashing in the cemetary portion of the game. Please fix it soon.

I purchased season pass and cant download content. What a rip off.

Fantastic game but when I downloaded the new update, all the previous episodes I purchased are now gone, thats not really fair, if I want to replay those episodes I cant because I have to waste my money buying them again

Episode 4 continually crashes as we attempt to enter the only accessible door in the cemetery. What could be in there?

Im an idiot who bought the season pass. Loved the chapters I was able to play, eagerly awaited the new additions. I expected that after a year+ waiting for the latest chapter that it would be fun. Unfortunately, it glitches and dies. Every. Single. Time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, patiently re-downloaded every stupid episode. Contacted support over a week ago. No response. I used to love this game - its genuinely awesome when you can get it to work, but after years (yes, really, YEARS) of problems, I have to recommend against anyone buying it.

The app closes itself after 5 minutes of play when the door opens and the generics start

It says: Season Pass 0%. I cant download any episodes (2, 3, 4) even though I have the season pass, it just doesnt do anything on the iPad mini 2

Still my favorite game but ep4 kept crashing upon entering a door in garden so I updated to next iOS 9.2.1 (thinking this was the issue) & lost all of my episodes 1,2,3 collected items. It now says 0% complete. Cant retrieve it because my backup doesnt go that far back :(. Hoping this could help you guys to fix the issue for others.

Using iPad mini 2. Havent been able to play game at all.

I like the game so far. I cant give five because Im stuck at 58% downloading episode 2. Still trying 4 or so months later but still nothing. I have season pass also.

I thoroughly enjoyed this game from start to finish! It is by far one of the best games I have ever played on iOS! Amazing story, great graphics, and very interesting game play. Id recommend it to anyone with a compatible device!
